Hui O Nani Hawaii at Seattle University

Hui O Nani Hawaii is the largest and oldest club on the Seattle University campus. Each year the officers of the club strive to put together various events that will help to foster the club's mission to create a home away from home by helping Hawaii students adjust to the non-paradise atmosphere.

The aim for the events that Hui O Nani holds each year is to build valuable and everlasting friendships. The club also strives to create a Seattle community that embraces the aloha spirit. The annual Lu'au plays an important role in doing so, providing an opportunity for Hawaii students to share aspects and traditions of the Hawaiian culture as well as other polynesian cultures with the greater SU community.

As a club within a Jesuit institution, this year's officers will try to provide opportunities for members to reach out to the surrounding Seattle community in addition to those on the Seattle University campus, by promoting unity and service within the club.
