Outreach Activities
We make concerted efforts to do outreach activities whenever opportunity arises. For 2003 -2004, the team took up an offer from Oregon State University and went to Corvallis a few days before the competition to speak to elementary school students about science and engineeirng. We showed our vehicle to local elementary school students. We visitied Mountain View and Inavale elemetary schools in Corvallis, Oregon.

These are pictures from our visit at Inavale Elementary School (4/23/2004). They were taken by a teacher there, and forwarded to us after the visit. All told, some 60 kids in central Oregon rode the Seattle University HPV entry.
