MISSION

The Seattle University Student Nurses' Assocation prides itself on being a part of a Jesuit university whose mission is dedicated to educating the whole person, to professional formation and to empowering leaders for a just and humane world. As a chapter of the National Student Nurses' Association, we are dedicated to the promotion of the development of skills that students will need as responsible and accountable members of the nursing profession. Through leadership and community outreach we strive to unite Seattle University nursing students with the healthcare community.

Founded in 1952, NSNA is a nonprofit organization for students enrolled in associate, baccalaureate, diploma, and generic graduate nursing programs. It is dedicated to fostering the professional development of nursing students.

The organization has over 45,000 members in 50 states, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

We welcome you for making a great decision and joining us in the
Seattle University Student Nurses' Association!
